Getting started

Download FengshuiSnap on iPhone, point your camera at any room or pick a photo from your library, choose the room type, and tap analyze. Your harmony score, five-element chart and suggestions appear in under a minute.

Common questions

• My analysis failed or got stuck. Check your network and retry — a failed analysis does not consume energy points. If it keeps failing, force-quit the app and try again, or email us a screenshot.
• My analysis looks off. Retake the photo in landscape with the whole room in frame and good light — the AI reads what it can see.
• How do I share my report card? Tap the share icon on any completed report to save or send the 4:5 card.
• Restore purchases on a new phone. Open Settings → Restore Purchases inside FengshuiSnap while signed in with the same Apple ID.
• Cancel the monthly membership. Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FengshuiSnap → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period; refunds are handled at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Energy points. Each full analysis costs 3 points; new users start with 12 free. Packs of 20 ($0.99) and 50 ($1.99) points, and a monthly membership, are available in the app. Failed analyses are not charged.
• Can I change the language? Yes — the app follows your device language and supports English and 中文.

Privacy questions
