My analysis failed or got stuck
Check your network connection and retry — a failed analysis does not consume energy points. If it keeps failing, force-quit the app and try again, or email us with a screenshot of the error.
Restore purchases on a new phone
Open Settings → Restore Purchases inside FengshuiSnap while signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. Membership status is restored through the App Store.
Cancel the monthly membership
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FengshuiSnap → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Energy points
Each full analysis costs 3 energy points; new users start with 12 free points. Packs of 20 ($0.99) and 50 ($1.99) points, and a monthly membership, are available in the app. Failed analyses are not charged.
Privacy questions
See the privacy policy. Short version: no accounts, no tracking; photos leave your device only to generate your report.
